> Q. What is the benefit of Manuka Honey?

A. Manuka honey has Antibacterial, Antimicrobial, Antiviral, Antioxidant, Anti-inflammatory activity against bacteria, and Gastrointestinal. It may benefit the alleviation of gastrointestinal, treatment and prevention of oral health, wound healing, cough relief, ulcer healing, and digestion.

> Q: What does MGO mean in Manuka Honey?

A: MGO (Methylglyoxal) is one of the ways to measure the antibacterial and fungicidal potency of Manuka Honey. Since January 2015, the New Zealand government (MPI) has recognized three standard activity frequency values for effectiveness: UMF, MGS, and MGO. UMF and MGO are the most commonly used. The MGO test method is considered more accurate with a smaller margin of error compared to the UMF test method, and it follows a more rigorous testing system.

> Q. How is Manuka Honey different from my ordinary honey?

A. Studies have shown that Manuka honey contains so much more antibacterial power than regular honey. However, local honey has the advantage of alleviating local allergies. Combine Manuka Honey with local raw honey for the ultimate allergy-fighting combo!

> Q. Who should not use Manuka Honey?

A. Manuka honey is not suitable for infants under 1 year old, people with blood-sugar control disorders, and those with a honey allergy.

> Q. What is the shelf life of your honey?

A. Manuka Honey does not go bad, just store it in a cool dark place and be careful not to contaminate it with anything else and it will last for a long time. We do not recommend that honey be refrigerated. The honey should be stored in a cool and dry area out of direct sunlight.

> Q. My honey appears to have crystallized?

A. Our honey doesn't often crystallize, but if it has, then place the honey jar into hot water, (not boiling water). If honey crystallizes, it doesn't mean it's not fit for consumption, and it hasn't lost any of its health benefits: it is still delicious and good for you!

> Q. Is it safe to ingest “Bee Venom” or use it in skin care?

A. Trace amounts of venom in honey are generally considered safe and have beneficial effects on health. On the other hand, aspiration of venom from the sting site should be avoided and the sting site should be properly treated.

There are also a small number of people who are allergic to bee venom, and a small trial (or patch test for skin care) should always be conducted before ingesting or using any product containing Bee Venom on the skin.

A. Bee venom has high Anti-inflammatory activity and contains several active molecules such as peptides and enzymes that have advantageous potential in treating inflammation and central nervous system diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Manuka Honey - Researchers have shown that manuka honey reduces inflammation by eliminating bacteria that stimulate an inflammatory response and promoting the production of specialized cells that repair damaged tissue. It also reduces the amount of "bioactive lipids" that cause fever and pain, and is especially effective on wounds because it quickly reduces pain and swelling. Ingredients in Manuka honey have been shown to promote the healing of chronic gastric ulcers and inflammatory bowel disease ulcerative colitis.

> Q. Is it safe to give CBD to dogs?

A. Exchange - If the product you receive is not what you ordered or is damaged, we will replace it at our expense. Return - If you wish to return an item, please contact us.

The exchange/return policy does not apply to items purchased with a discount code or items that arrive more than 14 days after delivery. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
