• Facial Mask: Use 1-2 times per week. Apply a generous layer to your clean face and neck, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water and pat dry, or use a cotton pad, avoiding the eyes

• Night Mask: Apply a thin layer to the face and neck after cleansing and toning, avoiding the eyes. Massage gently and leave overnight
